Welcome to ITOG! You only need to learn two things to get started.
The first thing to know is what a tog is. A tog is anything you can rate. If you can look at something and say "That One's Good," it's a tog! ITOG currently has 237041 togs, across 29 different categories; if you love it or hate it, chances are we've got it. The second thing to know is how to use a Tog Box. Here is how its different elements work:
- Picture and Tog title: Click either the picture or the tog title to visit its profile page. On its profile, you can discuss it with your friends, review it, see what others think of it, and much more.
- The Icon: The icon on the tog's star bar shows you what kind of tog it is. If you have rated the tog and wish to cancel your rating, simply click the icon.
- Star Bar: The simplest way to express your opinion about a tog is to rate it using its star bar. First, hover the mouse over the stars to see what each star rating represents. Then click on the star that best expresses your opinion.
- Get More Personal! ITOG has several ways to express your opinion more personally than a rating. Click the tab at the bottom of the tog box to reveal more options.
- Own it? Interested? Click one of these three buttons to save your interest or disinterest in a tog, or that you own a copy of it.
- Recommend It: Like this tog? Click this to recommend it to a friend.
- Quick Thoughts: Clicking here reveals a text box. You can save your quick thoughts on the tog (such as "So bad it's funny!") by typing them in this box.
