Jessalyn Gilsig (born in 1971 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada) is a Canadian actress most famous for her roles in the television series Boston Public and Nip/Tuck. She has also appeared in several episodes of NYPD Blue and Prison Break as well as several other series. Gilsig began acting at age twelve while living in Montreal. She later honed her talents at Harvard University’s prestigious American Repertory Theatre.
